Lee Westwood sealed an impressive victory in the Dubai World Championship on Sunday to end the season as Europe's number one for a second time and Sky Bet make him 9/2 favourite to top the money list once again in 2010.
Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy is Sky Bet's 11/2 second favourite to take the top spot next year, with Martin Kaymer 13/2 third favourite.
Sky Bet's golf betting spokesman John Rhodes said: "Westwood seems to have moved up a gear in recent weeks, sealing two victories and moving up to a career high fourth in the world.
"With nearest pursuer Rory McIlroy planning to play more in the US next year, Westwood seems the obvious favourite to win the 2010 Race to Dubai.
"German Martin Kaymer should go well again and if it wasn't for a two-month lay off in the summer, he would surely have won this year's Race to Dubai," added Rhodes.
Sky Bet make Westwood 20/1 to win the 2010 Open Championship and he is 25/1 (from 33/1) in the Masters betting. It's 7/1 for him to win a Major next year and he is 5/2 to record three or more wins on the European Tour.
