REDCAR: 1.30 Harcas, 2.00 Regal Kiss, 2.30 Saltergate, 3.05 Minturno, 3.40 Soviet Secret, 4.15 Sonia Girl, 4.50 Andorn, 5.20 Desert Hunter.

SALISBURY: 1.40 Into The Wind, 2.10 General Synod, 2.40 Heartfelt, 3.15 Vita Lika, 3.50 Margot Did, 4.25 CAPERCAILLIE (NAP), 5.00 Magical Speedfit, 5.30 La De Two.

WOLVERHAMPTON: 5.45 Flow Chart, 6.20 Titus Gent, 6.50 Fabiello, 7.20 Tariq Too, 7.50 Bathwick Scanno, 8.20 Sweet Clementine, 8.50 Bronze Prince, 9.20 Corrib.

DOUBLE: Capercaillie and Margot Did.

Margot Did endured a luckless run at York last time but she can set the record straight with victory at Salisbury.

After winning her first two starts in impressive fashion, Michael Bell's filly has notched up three successive second places in Pattern company.

Memory, arguably the leading filly this season despite a reverse on Sunday, proved a shade too good at Royal Ascot while Soraaya edged her out in the Princess Margaret when Margot Did enjoyed a less-than-perfect passage.

Many expected her to atone for that defeat in the Lowther at York but jockey Hayley Turner got trapped in behind which allowed winner Hooray to steal an early march.

Margot Did finished with a real flourish that day but the delay cost her dearly and Hooray had the best part of a length to spare at the line.

Bell takes a slight dip in class with the daughter of Exceed And Excel in the Listed EBF Dick Poole Fillies' Stakes and Margot Did should be able to take full advantage.

La De Two can take the next step up the ladder in the Irish Thoroughbred Marketing "Persian Punch" Conditions Stakes.

The four-year-old has virtually no miles on the clock at this stage having been limited to just three career starts so far.

His initial second to Kite Wood as a juvenile prompted Godolphin to snap up the Galileo colt but he did not reappear until November last year when he strolled home in a Wolverhampton maiden.

Again off the track for a while after that, he made quite an impression when scoring a thoroughly convincing success under top weight in a competitive York handicap in July.

Raised to a mark of 110 after that success, it is no surprise to see his sights being raised and he is potentially a smart middle-distance type.

Strictly Dancing would be an appropriate winner of the EBF Lochsong Fillies' Stakes as owner Jeff Smith was also responsible for the race's namesake.

However, Mark Johnston's Capercaillie can spoil the party with victory in the seven-furlong heat despite trailing home last at Newmarket last time.

The handicapper has dropped her a couple of pounds after that effort and back on a sounder surface, she is an interesting contender.

A return to quicker conditions should also rejuvenate the fortunes of Soviet Secret in the John Smith's Redcar Straight-Mile Championship at the seaside venue.

The three-year-old had not finished out of the first two in six starts before easy ground at Newmarket saw him toiling way down the field.

He will encounter a better surface here and can bounce right back to his best.

Tyfos is the choice in Epsom's totepool Flexi Betting Handicap, while Bronze Prince can secure an across-the-card double for Godolphin in Division Two of the Get Best Odds Guaranteed At williamhill.com Handicap at Wolverhampton.

FRIDAY'S SELECTIONS:

BRIGHTON: 2.30 Blue Vinney, 3.00 Mnasikia, 3.30 Pipers Piping, 4.00 Frequency, 4.30 Russian Rave, 5.00 Wooden King, 5.30 Annia Galeria.

KEMPTON: 5.45 Glen Shiel, 6.15 Halfsin, 6.45 Brezza Di Mare, 7.15 Azzoom, 7.45 Tamareen, 8.15 Fluvial, 8.45 Lombok, Hymnsheet.

KILBEGGAN: 4.35 Gentleman Jeff, 5.05 Boragh Princess, 5.35 Eventide, 6.05 Flamenco Prince, 6.35 Dreux, 7.05 For A Finish, 7.35 Rapid Fire.

LINGFIELD: 1.50 Rocky Rebel, 2.20 Winnie Dixie, 2.50 Little Dixie, 3.20 Sparkling Smile, 3.50 LOST IN THE MOMENT (NAP), 4.20 True To Form, 4.50 Rigid, 5.20 Bella Swan.

MUSSELBURGH: 2.10 El Dececy, 2.40 Boundaries, 3.10 Whozthecat, 3.40 Arriva La Diva, 4.10 Fox Hunt, 4.40 Avonrose, 5.10 Vittachi.

DOUBLE: Lost In The Moment and Bella Swan.

Lost In The Moment is a horse very much on the up and can bag a hat-trick for the Jeremy Noseda team in the Felbridge Handicap at Lingfield.

The lightly-raced three-year-old has arguably got better with each run and while the assessor has naturally taken an interest, the step up in trip to 10 furlongs looks likely to suit and bring about more improvement.

The Danehill Dancer colt hinted at ability when mid-division at York on his only start as a two-year-old and has backed that up this season.

Again showing promise when midfield on his first couple of outings, he was sent off the heavily-backed favourite on his handicap bow at Newbury and duly obliged from what looked a workable mark of 73.

Up 7lb for that at Windsor, he finished strongly to land odds of 4-7 and is starting to fulfil his potential.

The way he has been finishing his races and the fact he is out of an In The Wings mare offers plenty of hope at a mile and quarter, and he is already the ante-post favourite for the Cambridgeshire later on in the season.

On the same card, it is interesting connections continue to persevere with Bella Swan at six furlongs and she gets the vote in the Burstow Handicap.

A glance though this filly's form reveals some eyecatching efforts in very decent company, not being at all disgraced behind Snow Fairy, Sent From Heaven, Aviate and Seta.

She was also a good second to the useful Pipette on the Polytrack at Kempton, so there should be little to worry about surface-wise.

Most of those runs were at trips in excess of the one she faces in Surrey but she has dropped in distance the last twice, with a visor being applied last time out.

That was in the Shergar Cup Sprint, a fair renewal where not for the first time she ran well without winning.

Dropped a couple of pounds for that, it would be no surprise to see her firmly in the shake-up for what would be a deserved success.

Fluvial is the choice in the Amdocs Management EBF Fillies' Conditions Stakes at Kempton.

She is a half-sister to the speedy Elletelle amongst others and looked a pretty useful prospect herself when a comfortable winner on her racecourse bow.

The Exceed And Excel filly did not beat too much at Folkestone that day but she did it in style and is certainly one on the upgrade.

Five furlongs on a sound surface suits Whozthecat perfectly and he can run a big race in the feature Racing UK Handicap at Musselburgh.

Declan Carroll's recently-gelded three-year-old has very few miles on the clock for a handicap sprinter and is definitely at his best over the minimum trip.

He has already shown he is competitive off a mark of 90 and is open to a fair bit of improvement yet.

There is not a massive amount to get excited about at Brighton, but Mnasikia does catch the eye in the Matilda Handicap for the in-form Luca Cumani yard.
